Refund Policy

Refunds and exchanges are available for wigs, and apparel only. Any hair products or accessories cannot be exchanged or refunded. Wigs and apparel must be in original condition with no damage, alterations, or signs of wear and in the same packaging. You have 7 to 14 days to request a return or exchange of the item, and 14 to 21 days to return the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
